We collect information you provide when you place an order or create an account — such as your name, business name, email, phone, delivery address and order history. We collect limited technical data (e.g. cookies) to operate the site.
Payment information
Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number — it is handled directly by the payment provider under their security standards.
How we use your information
- To process and deliver your orders and provide support.
- To manage trade accounts and contract pricing.
- To send order confirmations and service messages.
- To improve our products, pricing and website.
Disclosure
We share information only as needed to fulfil your order — for example with couriers and the supplier dispatching your goods, and with our payment provider. We do not sell your personal information.
