Dispatch times

In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Some items are sourced to order from our supply network and may take a little longer; if there is a delay we'll let you know.

Where your order ships from

Depending on availability, your order may ship from our own warehouse or directly from the supplier holding stock. You don't need to do anything different — it's all handled for you, and you'll receive tracking when it's on the way.

Freight

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items and your delivery address. Eligible orders over $200 may qualify for free shipping. Bulky or oversized items may attract additional freight.

Tracking

Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking details. Delivery timeframes depend on your location; metro areas are usually faster than regional and remote areas.

Delivery addresses

We deliver to street addresses and most business addresses across Australia. Some couriers cannot deliver to PO boxes or certain remote locations — please provide a deliverable address.
